This notice describes how personal data of users visiting giorgioangelinifilm.com and related channels (the “Website”) is processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), the Italian Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018), and the Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools issued by the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

The Controller processes the following categories of personal data, for the purposes indicated below:

2.1 Data Provided Voluntarily by the User

• Contact details (name, surname, e-mail) submitted through the contact form or quote request, processed to respond to enquiries and to prepare quotes for wedding videography services.
• Event details (date, location, wedding details, guests number) provided when requesting a quote or signing a contract, processed to perform the service.

Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject and performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

2.2 Browsing Data

The IT systems and software procedures used to operate the Website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols (e.g. IP addresses, browser type, operating system, pages visited, access times).

Legal basis: legitimate interest of the Controller in the security and proper functioning of the Website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

2.3 Data Collected Through Cookies and Tracking Tools

See Section 6 (“Cookie Policy”) for details on cookies and similar technologies used on the Website.

3. Method of Processing

Processing is carried out using manual, IT and telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated and, in any event, in a way that ensures the security and confidentiality of the data, adopting appropriate technical and organisational measures.

4. Data Recipients

Personal data may be shared, for the purposes indicated above, with the following parties:

• Technical service providers (hosting, website management, e-mail delivery), appointed as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR.
• Third-party providers of the analytics and social media tools listed in the Cookie Policy (e.g. Google, Meta), acting as independent controllers or processors depending on the configuration adopted.
• Public authorities, where required by law.

Data is not disclosed to the public.

5. Transfer of Data Outside the EU

Some third-party providers referred to in the Cookie Policy (e.g. Google, Meta) may transfer data to countries outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer takes place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other adequate safeguards provided for by the GDPR. 6.1 What Cookies Are

7. Data Retention Period

Contact details and event information are retained for up to 12 months from the last contact if no contract is entered into. If a contract is signed, personal data are retained for the duration of the business relationship and, thereafter, for 10 years as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
Browsing data is retained for the time technically necessary and in any event no longer than 6 months, except where needed to establish criminal offences. Data collected through third-party cookies is retained in accordance with the timeframes indicated in Section 6.3 and in the notices of the individual providers.

8. Data Subject Rights

With respect to the processing of their personal data, users may at any time exercise the rights provided for by Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, including:

• Right of access to personal data;
• Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
